A & W Construction & Development has been a distributer of Eco-Block for the past eight years and in 2005 was the top selling distrributor in the U.S. Eco-Block is an insulated concrete form that is stacked, braced then poured with concrete. After the concrete has cured, the braces are then removed and the building is ready for further construction. The insulated panels that are on the wall stay in place to provide insulation and the webbing strip's which are embedded in the panels every eight inches on center provide a place to secure finishes such as sheetrock wire lathe for stucco or siding. Virtually any finish or veneer that is used in common building practices can be used on Eco-Block. We are also a distributor for Armtec Platon waterproofing, a dimpled material that comes in rolls and is extremely easy to install. Designed for ICF block the waterproofing has many other uses and can provide a vapor barrier for basement walls, foundations or retainer walls.
